Vins de la Vallée du Rhône

Comte de Sade 2013

Coming from the Appellation Grignan-Les-Adhemarclose to the prestigious village of Suze-La-Rousse in the Rhône Valley, the region where Sade spent most of his life and where he had 3 of its castles, the "Comte de Sade Reserve" is a red wine made of a blend of the tipical grapes of the area : grenache, syrah and carignan.

Aged for several months, this wine has a red ruby colour and reveals aromas of red fruits and garrigue.

This wine starts with black fruit and leather aromas, then it offers a beautiful and slight oaky flavour with vanilla and smoked after taste.

This great wine should be served at 18 degrees celcius with red meat, game or cheese. It would be better to decanter this wine one to two hours previous to its consumption.
